In this role, you’ll tackle financial problems that sit at the intersection of accounting, corporate finance, tax, and business strategy. You’ll work on questions that span our businesses and geographies—from evaluating the financial and tax implications of an acquisition or a new incentive plan, to designing intercompany arrangements, analyzing accounting treatments, and improving how our group operates.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Financial analysis & decision-making. Analyze complex business questions through a financial, accounting, and tax lens. Build models, run valuations, assess alternative scenarios, and turn your analysis into clear recommendations on topics ranging from new business initiatives to how we structure operations across the group.
• Acquisitions & strategic projects. Work on the financial and tax aspects of acquisitions and other strategic projects, from due diligence to post-acquisition integration. Assess potential risks and opportunities, coordinate with external advisors where specialist expertise is needed, and help design effective transaction structures and post-acquisition integrations.
• Accounting & tax operations. Own important accounting and tax matters across the group, from planning to compliance, covering corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes, including tax liability calculations, accounting and tax treatments, and filings. Work on topics such as equity incentive plans, contractors, welfare programs, and fringe benefits, and continuously improve the processes behind them.
• International operations & transfer pricing. Help shape how transactions and relationships between our international entities are structured. Analyze their financial and tax implications, manage transfer pricing activities and documentation, and work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to develop solutions that are effective and compliant.
• Group structure & reorganizations. Design how the group is organized. Evaluate holding structures, profit distributions, and internal reorganizations such as mergers, demergers, and entity simplifications. Model their financial and tax impact, and help define and execute the most effective setup.

The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £398,287 in London or €303,108 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.
