Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking an Elevator Electrical Maintenance Assistant (Oficial 3ª) for a full-time role. You will support senior technicians in maintaining elevator electrical systems and control panels, gaining hands-on experience on site.

This role requires basic electrical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and a valid B driving licence. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00, under the metal industry collective agreement.

Formación

In this full‑time role, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience working directly alongside senior professionals in the elevator electrical systems and control panels field.

You will play an active role in daily field operations across Palma, supporting qualified technicians in maintaining high standards of reliability and safety. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accompanying a senior technician (oficial 1ª) on scheduled maintenance visits, inspections, and repair jobs.
• Assisting in the routine upkeep, diagnostic checks, and repair of elevator electrical control panels.
• Handling electrical tools, testing instruments, and replacement parts safely and accurately under supervision.
• Strictly adhering to occupational safety guidelines and technical standards during all service tasks.
• Assisting in keeping tools, materials, and maintenance equipment organized for field operations.

To qualify for this position, you must fulfill the following essential requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of proven practical experience in electrical work.
• A valid Class B driving licence (carnet de conducir B), which is strictly required for this job.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and control panel components.
• A responsible attitude, strong motivation to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.
