Job Description

We are looking for talent to grow our Digital Marketing Operations team, responsible for the execution of the digital marketing campaigns (internal and external) that we launch daily in Spain and Latin America. We are looking for a motivated, proactive junior team member with specialist knowledge of digital marketing and basic working knowledge of HTML/Email programming that can autonomously execute ongoing projects. The candidate should be eager to learn, assume new challenges, look for creative solutions for the opportunities that may arise, and, in general, grow with the company.

Fluency in Spanish is required

Responsibilities
  • Programming and execution of third‑party digital marketing campaigns within the iDoctus platform
  • Management of the production calendar (campaign scheduling)
  • Display advertising (campaign management in iDoctus proprietary ad server)
  • eMailing campaign set‑up (segmentation, scheduling, A/B tests…)
  • Content marketing campaigns
  • Campaign report generation (KPIs)
  • Development of advanced segmentations (interests, browsing behavior)
  • Supporting the development and execution of iDoctus internal campaigns (healthcare professional acquisition, development and retention, pharmaceutical client B2B marketing)
  • User support
  • Response to user requests
  • Professional user credential validation
  • Close collaboration with the Content, Technology and Commercial teams to achieve the company business objectives
Qualifications
Technical skills and capabilities
  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Required/advanced level – Project management, including tools like Trello (or similar)
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp or Google Ads
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a level capable of working with pivot tables and formulas
  • Desirable/user level – Basic use of graphical design tools like Adobe Photoshop (or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of front‑end/HTML programming to execute eMail marketing campaigns (load of client HTMLs into the system, personalization, changing of legal clauses, resolution of simple code problems, testing in different platforms)
  • Experience using ad servers
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS): loading and publishing content pieces
  • Analytical skills, experience developing management performance indicators

Additional Information
