Transman Consulting seeks an Associate Client Accountant (m/f) for its Madrid-based office. The role covers the full accounting cycle, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and tax filings for multiple client companies, including SII and annual accounts.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong English skills (B2/C1) for client communication.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability and willingness to work in multicultural environments.

Responsabilidades

• Accounting, reporting, and invoicing for multiple client companies.
• Bank reconciliations, tax returns, and SII filings, and annual accounts preparation/review.
• Prepare financial statements, payments, cash flow reports, cash position, and tax positions for client companies.
• Prepare regulatory reports for third parties.
• Post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with audits by providing relevant financial information.
• Prepare data for official tax submissions to the Spanish Tax Agency.
• Support client financial reporting including balance sheets and P&L statements.
