At Ingecom, we help organizations protect their digital world with leading-edge cybersecurity solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid and support our expanding network of vendors, partners, and clients.

What you will do
Business Development & Sales Support
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts and initial outreach to potential partners or customers.
Vendor & Partner Engagement
- Work closely with some of the most innovative cybersecurity vendors in the market.
- Support partner enablement activities, helping resellers understand product offerings and programs.
- Participate in vendor calls, updates, and training sessions to stay informed about new technologies.
Market & Product Learning
- Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
- Assist in gathering insights on competitor offerings and partner needs.
- Continually develop your technical and commercial knowledge through internal and external training.
Internal Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between initiatives.
- Support the organization of events, webinars, and partner activities when needed.
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily business development operations.
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and technology — no expert knowledge required, just curiosity and motivation to learn.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with different stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
- Good level of English & Spanish (written and spoken).
