McCann is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team in Barcelona, at the beginning of their marketing career. You will support day-to-day management of client accounts and integrated marketing projects, collaborating with strategy, creative, production, data, and technology teams.

We value proactive, curious, and collaborative professionals who want to learn and grow within a leading global creative network. Strong communication in English, Spanish, and Catalan is important.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an advertising, media, or marketing agency environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and projects.
• Develop understanding of client brands, products, markets, competitors, and branding guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with global and local client stakeholders.
• Assist in coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Production, Data, Technology, and Planning teams.
• Participate in client briefings and support development of project scopes and budgets.
• Contribute to agency briefs, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams, reporting priorities to the Account Director.
• Identify opportunities to add value and support account growth.
• Work with production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Learn and utilize project management tools and processes.

McCann is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about marketing, communications, and creativity.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management of integrated marketing projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, production, data, and technology.

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and projects.
• Develop a solid understanding of client brands, products, markets, competitors, and branding guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local client stakeholders.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Strategy, Creative, Production, Data, Technology, and Planning.
• Participate in client briefings and support the development of project scopes and budgets.
• Contribute to the creation of agency briefs, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams, reporting priorities to the Account Director.
• Identify opportunities to add value and support account growth.
• Work closely with digital and offline production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Learn and utilize project management tools and processes effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues across McCann and the wider Omnicom Advertising Group network.

Who You Are

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an advertising, media, or marketing agency environment.
• Passionate about marketing, communications, and brand building.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
