A leading insurance firm in Madrid is offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Executive. In this role, you will support senior brokers with administrative tasks related to clients' insurance programmes while managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration, and preferably some knowledge in Aviation Insurance. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential. Full-time position with growth potential.

Formación

• Preferred experience in Aviation Insurance and knowledge of Aerospace insurance markets.
• Desirable experience in analyzing liability indemnity and insurance clauses.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Global Aviation & Space is a specialist team within Willis Towers Watson focusing on Global Airline Aerospace General Aviation and In‑Space risks. This role is within the team in Spain (one of the four Specialty Hubs at European level together with France Italy and the Nordic Hub) which place insurance upport for our clients under the four subsegments.

Responsibilities

The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join our team as a Junior Account Executive. The successful incumbent upp assist senior brokers handling administrative aspects and tasks related with technical placement of clients insurance programmes - in a timely technically accurate and compliant manner but also with client management responsibilities. This upp include but not be restricted to : new business enquiries; client renewals; contractual upport and broking.

This position is focused on supporting and developing client relationships by providing quality technical administrative and service upport directly to Clients Insurers and Account Executives.

Qualifications

The Requirements

• Aviation Insurance experience and knowledge of Aerospace insurance markets and products is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• University Degree preferably in Law Economics or BA (valuable).
• Desirable experience in analysis of liability indemnity and insurance clauses within contracts.
• The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following :

• Provide excellent client insurers and account executives service
• Be able to work in a deadline driven environment
• Be confident user of MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Have excellent organizational PC and communications skills (In Both Spanish and English but other languages would be appreciated)
