WPP Production in Madrid is seeking a creative assistant to support postproduction teams in crafting arresting visual stories across media. The role combines hands-on editing with coordination of final outputs, under tight deadlines and in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates will showcase a strong showreel, expert Adobe CC skills, and a methodical, multi-tasking mindset. This is a hybrid position with on-site work and some telecommuting possibilities.

Competenze

• A strong 3D/compositing showreel.
• Fluent knowledge of Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Positive attitude towards problem solving and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus in pressured situations.
• Ability to critically assess your own work independently before vetting for approval.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Methodical approach to work and ability to multi-task.

Mansioni

• You will work hand in hand with the creative teams helping to craft arresting visual stories across all media.
• Support in the postproduction department.
• Use of specific 3D tools for editing and finalising videos and spots.
• Support in the coordination of the final editing and post-production processes until the final audiovisual product is generated.
• Help in the coordination with the rest of the team for the production of audiovisual works.
