Are you an experienced professional looking for a stable job in installations and climate systems in Mallorca? A plumbing and climate control company on the island is currently seeking two skilled plumbers to join their established team. With work locations based in Binissalem and Palma, this role provides you with the opportunity to carry out varied residential and commercial projects across the island on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will cover end-to-end plumbing and climate solutions. You will handle complete residential plumbing installations from the utility supply connection right through to all final consumption outlets. In addition, you will assemble, configure, and commission hydronic climate equipment, refrigerant-based air conditioning units, booster sets, and technical utility rooms. Your technical eye will also be essential for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing faults across both plumbing and HVAC installations.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid Class B driving licence. The company particularly values candidates who bring at least 24 months of relevant trade experience and possess secondary education credentials (ESO or equivalent). Practical knowledge in modern aerothermal systems and residential climate control assembly will be highly appreciated and will help you stand out during the selection process.

You can count on a secure working arrangement under a permanent, full-time contract starting on November 1, 2026. The position offers a fixed morning schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 07:00 to 15:00, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons and weekends free. The compensation is set at a gross annual salary of 25,344.72 EUR (distributed as 2,112.06 EUR gross per month across 12 payments), with the possibility of periodic salary reviews based on your ongoing performance and task execution.
