Signet Jewelers is seeking a dynamic Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand needs, present merchandise, and explain features, benefits, and financing options.

As part of a strong team, you will contribute to a superior store experience, pursue individual and team sales goals, and may assist Store Manager with supervisory duties. Training and promotion from within are emphasized. Prior jewelry or retail experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
