You will manage a portfolio of solar plants, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and supervising maintenance activities. • Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or communications fields.
• Category B driving license.
• International geographic mobility.

Tasks to be performed :

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage a portfolio of solar plants.
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Provide regular reports.
• Ensure that all work is organized to maximize resource.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate personnel assigned to the plants.
• Implement good health and safety practices.
• Assist with other daily operation and maintenance requirements, as well as administrative activities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM OUR JEFE / A DE SERVICIO O&M?

• Technical or higher engineering degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) management.
• Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or communications fields.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and other software applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Languages : Spanish and English.
• Category B driving license.
• International geographic mobility.
