Formación

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Commercial experience in any OOP programming language, preferably Java.
  • Good understanding of design patterns, software engineering and best practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Readiness to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementing and customizing core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA or INSIS.
  • Assuring high quality and maturity of implemented solutions.
  • Developing internal systems as part of R&D team.
  • Designing IT solutions and preparing documentation.
  • Creating unit tests.
  • Cooperating directly with clients on agile project teams.
