The position is part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a permanent contract. It offers a fixed gross salary of 1,399 EUR per month, paid in 12 installments, plus performance-based commissions.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian (C2).

In this role, based in Palma, you will connect with current Italian-speaking clients to present complementary tech products and services designed to enhance their overall experience.

Your core responsibilities in this role include:

• Contacting existing Italian-speaking clients via telephone to evaluate their current needs and introduce relevant tech upgrades or add-on services.
• Explaining the value and benefits of specialized technology solutions in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Building positive relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities.
• Managing commercial follow-ups and recording interaction details accurately using office software.

To succeed in this position, you should bring the following profile:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian (C2 level required).
• At least 12 months of proven professional experience in sales or commercial telesales.
• A clear commercial drive and strong sales mindset (strictly sales-focused, non-administrative).
• Intermediate computer and office software literacy.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong closing abilities over the phone.

What the position offers:

• A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido).
• Part-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (no weekends).
