A leading interdisciplinary research center in Madrid is seeking an experienced IT Technician. The successful candidate will provide daily IT services and support to the Institute's users, ensuring optimal operation of ICT services. Responsibilities include incident management, user support, and IT equipment logistics. Essential qualifications include strong hands-on experience with networks, Windows OS, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position starting on December 1st, 2025.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written; intermediate level of English.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365.
