Luxquanta busca un IT System Manager para hacerse cargo de la infraestructura interna, desde entornos en la nube hasta redes aisladas. En una empresa deep-tech que maneja información sensible desde el día uno, tendrás autoridad técnica para escalar de forma segura.

Serás el backbone técnico para los empleados: gestionar MDM, onboarding/offboarding y inducciones; diseñar y monitorizar LAN/WAN, VLANs y firewall; mantener la documentación y apoyar auditorías ENS/GDPR.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications.
• 3–5 years of hands-on IT systems administration or infrastructure experience.
• Spanish & English: professional working proficiency.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) — strong plus.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as ENS, ISO 27001 or GDPR — strong plus.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, CIS Controls or NIST — a plus.

• Design and monitor LAN/WAN/Wireless infrastructure, manage VLANs and firewall segmentation, and maintain isolated networks for classified information.
• Keep IT documentation and security policies current, support ENS/GDPR audits, and report on infrastructure status and risk.

At Luxquanta, we are pioneering the Quantum Communications industry, delivering solutions that use the properties of quantum physics to secure communications. Five years in, we’re scaling internationally — and we’re looking for a technical leader who wants to own the IT infrastructure of a deep-tech company handling truly sensitive, classified information from day one.

About the Role

As IT System Manager, you’ll have full ownership of Luxquanta’s internal IT infrastructure — from cloud environments to air-gapped networks. In a company where IT security and system availability are regulatory requirements, not just operational nice‑to‑haves, this role carries real technical authority and direct influence over how we scale securely.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Operations: Deploy, maintain and monitor servers, network and endpoint infrastructure, manage our Microsoft Azure environment, and lead backup and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• End-User Support & Device Management: Be the technical backbone for all employees — manage MDM, own IT onboarding/offboarding end-to-end, and deliver IT inductions for new hires.
• Network Administration: Design and monitor our LAN/WAN/wireless infrastructure, manage VLANs and firewall segmentation, and maintain isolated networks for classified information.
• Compliance & Governance: Keep IT documentation and security policies current, support ENS/GDPR audits, and report regularly on infrastructure status and risk.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure, ideally in a fast‑paced or regulated environment
• Spanish & English: professional working proficiency
