Drees & Sommer España is expanding its IT team in Málaga. The System Administration role focuses on Identity Management, IAM initiatives, and securing data across Azure and Entra ID environments. You will work with colleagues globally in a fast-growing, people-centric setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT, solid knowledge of Active Directory, Cloud IAM, and scripting for automation. English proficiency (C1) is required; hybrid/mobile options support work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or completed IT training.
• 3+ years of professional IT experience preferred, with emphasis on IAM.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID required.
• Knowledge of Identity Management processes and access governance.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English at C1 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Join the System Administration Team and contribute to IAM initiatives.
• Install, configure, and manage server, storage, and backup systems.
• Monitor security, availability, and performance of IT services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, 365, and Exchange projects.
• Develop scripts to automate and optimize IT operations.
• Create technical documentation and guidelines.
• Support IT infrastructure migrations, expansions, and optimizations.

Job Description

Join a growing and diverse IT team delivering innovative cloud-based solutions in international, high-profile projects. As Drees & Sommer continues to expand in Málaga, you will work with experienced colleagues across the globe, gaining exposure to multiple technologies and products in a fast-growing and people-centric environment.

As part of the System Administration team, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of server and cloud systems, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of data and digital identities. With a focus on Identity Management, you will contribute to the standardization, automation, and optimization of IT services while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an active member of the System Administration Team
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including compliance-related requirements such as ISO 27001
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems
• Monitor and support the availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure
• Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange
• Develop and maintain scripts to support automation and operational efficiency
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, e.g. for migrations, expansions, and optimization initiatives.
• Creating technical documentation and guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, completed IT training, or a comparable qualification
• We also welcome career changers with a high affinity for IT, at least 3 years of professional experience, and a understanding of Identity Management processes and Application Security
• Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Good knowledge of Identity Management processes and access governance principles
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in project environments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• High level of English (C1) is required
