A leading agriculture solutions provider in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Intern responsible for providing IT assistance, managing hardware, and documenting processes. The role requires strong skills in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. An internship agreement with the university is preferred, with opportunities for full-time or part-time involvement lasting between 6 to 12 months.

Formación

• Proficient in managing IT support and infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze support trends and propose improvements.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach towards IT operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support to end-users via ticketing.
• Manage and maintain hardware inventory.
• Document IT processes and ensure compliance.
