Una empresa global de ingredientes nutracéuticos busca un Técnico de Soporte IT para asegurar la continuidad del negocio a través de soporte técnico a usuarios internos. Se requiere un título en IT y un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en roles similares, así como experiencia sólida en Microsoft 365 y Azure AD. El candidato ideal será proactivo con buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades. Formación

Responsibilities

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring business continuity by providing first and second level technical support to internal users and supporting the proper operation, security and maintenance of end-user devices, corporate networks and basic infrastructure services. This position reports to the IT Business Partner and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external IT providers.

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to internal users (hardware, software, connectivity, access).
  • Configure, deploy and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals).
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Manage user lifecycle and access through Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Administer devices, policies and compliance via Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune.
  • Support corporate network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPNs, switches and firewalls), preferably Fortinet.
  • Assist in cybersecurity operations and tools (DLP, Proofpoint, Cloudflare).
  • Ensure proper IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage IT assets, backups and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate incidents, escalations and maintenance with external IT providers.
Qualifications
  • University degree or Higher Professional Training (FP Superior) in IT, Systems Administration, Networks or similar.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, microinformatics or infrastructure support roles.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID environments.
  • Good understanding of endpoint management, networking and security fundamentals.
  • Strong service orientation, problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills, especially when supporting non-technical users.
  • Proactive, structured and detail-oriented approach.
Languages
  • Spanish: Native or fluent
  • English: B2 level required (international environment; part of the interview process will be conducted in English)
