Capitole Consulting busca un IT Project Manager para gestionar proyectos complejos de IT, software y transformación digital. Puesto híbrido con oficina en León, con plan de relocalización a Alicante para inicio; se prevén viajes ocasionales.

Se valora experiencia en soluciones industriales, coordinación entre equipos multicisciplinarios y gobernanza de proyectos. Dominio de Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project y Confluence. Inglés C1 y francés obligatorio.

Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos IT, software y transformación digital.
• Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y stakeholders.
• Conocimiento de gobernanza, planificación, informes y KPIs.
• Familiaridad con metodologías Agile, Waterfall u Hybrid.
• Uso de herramientas de gestión (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project o similares).

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la planificación, ejecución y monitorización de proyectos IT y transformación digital.
• Cooperar con equipos de software, IT, negocio e ingeniería y terceros.
• Mantener planes, cronogramas, presupuestos, riesgos y documentación de proyectos.
• Gestionar gobernanza, comités, informes y comunicación con las partes interesadas.
• Rastrear progreso, riesgos, dependencias, recursos y KPIs.
• Viajar ocasionalmente a sitios de proyecto y sedes de la empresa.

Descripción del trabajo

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex IT, software and digital transformation projects. You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

Experience in industrial digital solutions, SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT or industrial automation will be considered a strong advantage.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office during the first two months, moving to 1 day per week in the office thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT, software development and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate projects involving software applications, IT systems and digital solutions, from requirements and planning through deployment and go-live.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.
• Support requirements gathering, solution definition, testing, UAT, deployment, and project delivery activities.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes.
• Occasionally travel to project sites and other company locations to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.
• Proven experience coordinating the delivery of software applications, IT systems, digital solutions or technology projects.
• Experience working with software development and/or IT teams, ideally in multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, risk management, and KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset and strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional English (C1) is mandatory.
• Professional French is mandatory, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with French‑speaking teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
• Experience with SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT, industrial automation, industrial systems or data acquisition is a strong plus.
