Key Responsibilities
  • Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.
  • Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.
  • Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.
  • Follow established operational procedures for incident management.
  • Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate information.
  • Propose process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.
Technical Competencies
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident logging and prioritization.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.
  • Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like Excel or Power BI.
  • Basic scripting skills to automate operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly in incident, problem, and change management.
  • Minimum B2 level of English required.

  • Clear and precise communication with technical teams and end-users.
  • Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in critical situations.
  • A problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on efficiency and collaboration.
