Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Digital Operations is seeking an IT Lead & Business Partner OpU IV Fluids to steer the Site IT Heads and align IT initiatives with local business objectives. You will manage the IT portfolio, capacity planning, and drive adoption of innovative technologies across the IV Fluids Operating Unit.

You will collaborate with global IT and business stakeholders, ensure compliant IT services, and lead change management to achieve a highly responsive, business-driven IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years in an IT business partner role in a large organization, with 5+ years engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong IT and business process understanding, translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Experience navigating matrix organizations and global environments; remote work and time-zone challenges understood.
• IT demand management knowledge and strong IT project management; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.
• Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, CMMI, COBIT, TOGAF are advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, IoT, and blockchain trends is desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to local IT strategy by aligning business objectives with global IT goals.
• Maintains an overview of IT activities, portfolio and capacity planning for site IT.
• Promotes new technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
• Ensures compliance with IT SOPs, service performance, and business satisfaction.
• Oversees value realization of IT solutions and coordinates with Business Segment on IT services.
• Coordinates local and global projects within the operating unit and addresses requirements.
• Owns consolidated view of IT projects and budgets across Production Units in area.
• Leads change management for IT adoption of new solutions and processes.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to understand expectations and opportunities.
• Facilitates effective business-IT communication for a responsive environment.
