Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in large corporate environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in business process modeling and supporting testing phases.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI (or similar).
• Fluent English (C1 / native); French is a plus.
• Based in Valencia, Madrid, or Barcelona with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements.
• Translate needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and deliverables.
• Act as the bridge between business teams and IT departments.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver documentation and reporting aligned with project governance.
