Position

IT Business Analyst – Back Office Systems

What you will do

As our new IT Business Analyst, you will ensure the conception, configuration, evolution, and support of back‑office systems across our subsidiaries. From analyzing user requirements to deploying solutions, you will coordinate activities between users, IT analysts, developers, and other D&IT teams while providing technical expertise and guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities between users, IT analysts, developers, and other D&IT teams.
  • Define business requirements and oversee technical specifications for development.
  • Follow up on development progress and manage deliverables from external partners.
  • Participate in functional reviews, migration scenarios, and user acceptance tests.
  • Assist developers in resolving complex technical issues and recommend SMART solutions.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops, including multi‑country sessions.
  • Support communication and training initiatives related to system changes.
Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate is a senior technical specialist with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to influence strategic decisions. You combine deep technical expertise with leadership qualities and can communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and:

  • 3‑5 years of experience in designing and supporting complex back‑office systems.
  • Expertise in SQL.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and ability to align technology strategy.
  • Experience in coordinating multi‑country projects and managing external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience with MILES Backoffice is highly appreciated.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
