A leading educational company in Madrid is looking for an IT Application Analyst to manage and support IT services in the Order to Invoice (OTI) area. The role requires expertise in SAP ECC or S/4Hana and a track record in development and incident management. Candidates must exhibit strong analytical skills and effective communication. This is a hybrid work opportunity, offering a permanent full-time contract with potential for professional growth.
As an IT Application Analyst in the Order to Invoice (OTI) area you will have the opportunity to manage, develop and support the IT services provided for Sanomas OTI function. You will collaborate closely with the OTI organization, your colleagues in Sanoma IT cross‑functional teams within the IT organization and our internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, solution development (configuration), incident management and delivering the service with the team. This position could be placed in various countries where Sanoma is represented.
You are an experienced SAP ECC and / or S/4Hana analyst / developer with a solid track record working with IT services. You are flexible, open‑minded, service‑oriented with good communication and interaction skills. Good understanding of SAP SD / MM / PP modules and hands‑on experience with SAP application / system development are essential for success in this role.
Knowledge of S/4Hana public cloud is seen as an advantage plus S/4 HANA certified BA is a big plus. Knowledge of different kinds of integration technologies (especially SAP BTP integration suite) would be an advantage. Fluency in English both written and verbal as well as the local language in your country of residence.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of application and integration security and privacy concepts
• Good communication and social skills with ability to adjust your message to the audience
• Ability to work in virtual and international teams
