Talent-R is seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer (Python & React) Tech Lead in Barcelona to design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-based IoT solutions. You will work across cloud platforms, back-end (Python/FastAPI) and front-end (React), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable systems.

The role requires 4+ years in software development (full-stack), strong Python (FastAPI) and React skills, Docker & Linux experience, and English and Spanish fluency.

Formación

• Full-stack development experience across backend and frontend.
• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI).
• Solid knowledge of React.
• Experience with Docker and Linux environments.
• Version control with Git.
• Interest in IoT and building scalable cloud-based solutions.
• 4+ years in software development (full-stack).
• Nice to have: C/C++, Java, or TypeScript.
• Nice to have: Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale cloud platforms and core applications.
• Develop robust back-end (Python / FastAPI) and front-end (React) solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers & product teams on end-to-end systems.
• Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments.
• Write clean, reusable, and high-quality code.
• Ensure testing, documentation & performance best practices.
• Contribute to IoT solutions and problem-solving in a fast-paced team.
