Zimperium is seeking a highly skilled security engineer to research and improve mobile threat detection. The role focuses on iOS internals, forensics analysis, and on-device protection for mobile enterprises.

You will work with iOS backups, diagnose data, and develop tooling to accelerate detection development across runtime and offline data. A strong coding background in C, Python, Objective-C, and Swift is essential.

Formación

• Proven ability to apply iOS internals knowledge to detect compromise.
• Experience with forensics data analysis on mobile platforms.
• Strong reverse engineering skills with scripting.
• Proficient in C, Python, Objective-C, and Swift for secure code.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement detection techniques for the iOS platform using forensics data and offline files.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions for novel mobile threat ideas.
• Analyze iOS internals to improve runtime and offline detection capabilities.
• Develop and maintain internal tooling to speed up analysis, triage, and detection development.
• Review forensic data from customers, produce technical reports, and provide remediation guidance.
• Publish technical blog posts to raise awareness of emerging security risks.
