The ideal candidate has lived the fundraising process from within a tech company and understands how to communicate technological value to the investment community. Bring operational insight into the fundraising process based on real experience securing capital within a technology‑driven company.

Deal Flow Management

Source, assess, and prioritize investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s deep tech thesis.

Conduct in‑depth technical due diligence on startups, evaluating product maturity, R&D roadmaps, and differentiation.

Work with internal teams to articulate investment rationales and contribute to decision‑making materials.

Portfolio Company Support

Support portfolio companies in navigating follow‑on fundraising, including business case refinement and investor narrative development.

Serve as a technical and strategic sounding board for founders and executive teams.

Provide hands‑on guidance in areas such as operational strategy, documentation review, and investor communication.
