Element Logic is seeking a Solution Designer (m/f/d) to join its European team. You will design and optimize customer-specific solutions using product tools and AutoCAD, while preparing quotes and coordinating with sales and project teams.

The ideal candidate has technical training or business training with technical expertise, plus experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (Navision, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365). Proficiency in English and AutoCAD (Inventor) is a plus.

Formación

• Technical training with sales interest or business training with technical expertise.
• Experience in sales assistance or internal sales support.
• Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (Navision, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365).
• AutoCAD skills – Inventor environment.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing projects from the initial inquiry through handover to project management
• Designing and optimizing customer-specific solutions using product-specific tools and AutoCAD
• Preparing presentations, quotes, and supplier requests, as well as project cost estimates and schedules
• Coordinating and documenting ongoing processes in consultation with the sales team and other departments
• Supporting marketing activities and assisting the sales team
• Preparing and tracking quotes, as well as supporting sales managers throughout the process
• Requesting quotes from subcontractors and third-party component suppliers
