DHV Technology, a Spanish company based in Málaga, seeks an Internal Test Technician to support testing and validation of space photovoltaic solar panels. You will work with Test Engineers and multidisciplinary teams to prepare equipment, install samples, monitor tests, and ensure safe, efficient procedures in a high-technology aerospace environment.

Responsibilities include assembling test systems, mounting DUTs, inspecting test setups, documenting activities, and maintaining equipment.

Formación

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) or Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) in one of the listed specializations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, testing, manufacturing, lab, or technical support environments.
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Install and remove Devices Under Test (DUTs) from testing equipment.

• Document test setups with photographs for traceability.

What is it like to be an Internal Test Technician at DHV Technology?

As an Internal Test Technician at DHV Technology, you will play a key role in supporting the testing and validation of space photovoltaic solar panels. Working closely with Test Engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for preparing test equipment, installing test samples, monitoring test execution, and ensuring that all testing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.

This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced testing equipment in a high technology aerospace environment, contributing directly to the qualification and validation of products for space applications.

Responsibilities

As an Internal Test Technician at DHV Technology, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assemble and disassemble auxiliary equipment required for test systems.
• Install and remove Devices Under Test (DUTs) from testing equipment.
• Monitor test execution through visual inspections and report any anomalies.
• Take photographs of test setups and testing activities to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Verify the correct condition and operation of test equipment before and after testing activities.
• Install and connect instrumentation required for test execution.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities on testing equipment.
• Assist Test Engineers in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of test systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and internal testing protocols.

Education and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) or Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) in one of the following specializations:
• Industrial Automation and Robotics
• Electrotechnical and Automated Systems
• Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing
• Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations
• Industrial Mechatronics
• Electromechanical Maintenance
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, testing, manufacturing, laboratory, or technical support environments.
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow work instructions.
• Availability to work in a hands on technical environment.

Technical Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Mechanical and electrical assembly of industrial equipment.
• Operation of industrial machinery and test equipment.
• Installation of sensors, instrumentation, and measurement devices.
