Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and look after the facilities at the Palma Intermodal Station. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to keep the station running safely and smoothly for thousands of passengers daily.

The role requires a Formación Profesional or equivalent certificate in building or facility maintenance and at least 12 months of relevant experience.

Formación

• A completed vocational training qualification related to building or facility maintenance.
• At least 12 months of verifiable professional experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently on-site in Palma.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and look after the facilities at the Palma Intermodal Station.
