A leading flight academy in Europe is seeking motivated flight instructors to join their growing team in Burgos, Spain. Responsibilities include teaching and contributing to internal promotions based on key performance indicators (KPIs). The position offers full-time employment, a fixed monthly salary with economic incentives, a fixed annual roster, and 22 vacation days. Ideal candidates must hold an FI(A) rating, EASA CPL, and a Class 1 medical certificate. Candidates should be fluent in English and have the right to work in the EU.
