Job summary

Cognizant Spain is seeking a Pega Senior Architect / Tech Lead to head end-to-end BPM/Java/Cloud programs from Spain. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape delivery strategy across geographies in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT delivery experience with BPM/Java/Cloud.

As a **Pega Senior Architect** you will lead end-to-end delivery of BPM/Java/Cloud programs while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and execution excellence.

**Mandatory:**

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, with strong exposure to **BPM / Java / Cloud ecosystems**

**Responsibilities:**

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BPM/Pega projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including business and IT leadership
• Drive solution design in collaboration with Enterprise and Solution Architects
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams (developers, architects, analysts) across geographies
