Job summary

Internationalschools is seeking an inspirational teacher for a specialist subject from Key Stage 3 through to A Level. You will plan and deliver creative lessons, promote inquiry, and lead subject development across the Secondary Department.

Strong team collaboration and a proactive approach to school improvement are essential. You will work within ISP Principles, contribute to pastoral care, and support students toward high achievement in external examinations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status required (PGCE or BEd or equivalent).
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Experience delivering KS3-5 and preparing pupils for IGCSE/A Level exams.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing school needs.
• Strong commitment to subject development and student learning.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ISP Principles and ISP Teacher Role Profile.
• Carry out duties as per UK Teachers’ standards and school policies.
• Lead, manage and develop teaching and learning in your key stage.
• Serve as form tutor and support personal and academic progress of students.
• Provide regular feedback, set targets and monitor progress.
• Promote safeguarding and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
