What’s your Mission?

As an Inside Sales Representative , you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for :

  • Outbound Sales : Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on‑demand service contracts and maintenance / repair services.
  • Inbound Sales : Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Management : Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Collaboration : Working closely with cross‑functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

  • Language Skills : Fluency in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Your Benefits Package

  • Start Date : December 2025
  • Hours : 39 hours / week
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
  • Salary : €27,500.00 gross per year
  • Holidays : 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
  • Work Model : Hybrid - 6 days per month at the office
  • Training : 1 month training from Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
