Formación

Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Management, Quotation & Proposal Management and Closing Activities for the French Market based in Madrid.
  • Support the sales cycle from initial interest through to booking and handover; collaborate with Outside Sales, Field Operations and technical services to ensure proposals accurately address customer needs and adhere to JCI standards and specifications.
  • Work a queue of service technician leads, engage with customers to quote and secure orders for labour and materials.
  • Make introduction calls to customers to identify needs, build quotes, and close sales.
  • Produce quotes using correct local pricing tools.
  • Partner with local Field Operations / Sales team for upsell opportunities.
  • Engage with suppliers, manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Secure orders within specified timeframes.
  • Ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Service Sales / estimation / Inside Sales or similar.
  • Product knowledge of JCI HVAC / Fire & Security / Controls solutions desirable but not essential.
  • Sales experience with B2B knowledge.
  • Ability to work to targets and meet KPIs.
  • Fluent French and English working knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
