You will design and optimize heat exchangers, cooling systems, and thermal processing equipment, performing CFD analyses, selecting materials, and documenting specifications.

The role requires 5+ years in heat transfer design, strong CAD skills, and experience with ANSYS Fluent or COMSOL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on thermodynamics and heat transfer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and analyzing heat transfer systems.
• Proficiency in thermal analysis software and CAD tools.
• Experience with CFD analysis and validation is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize heat transfer equipment such as heat exchangers, radiators, and cooling systems.
• Perform detailed thermal analysis and simulations using specialized software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL) to predict thermal performance.
• Select appropriate materials and components considering thermal properties, cost, and operating conditions.
• Develop and validate thermal models through experimental testing and data analysis.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for thermal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions into larger product designs.
• Troubleshoot thermal performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay current with advancements in heat transfer technology, CFD, and related fields.
