Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in flight test engineering with avionics specialization.
• Experience planning/conducting/analyses of flight tests for avionics.
• Strong instrumentation and data analysis expertise.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Python; knowledge of aviation regulations.

• Plan and define flight test objectives, scope, and procedures for avionics systems.
• Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance teams, and engineering departments to schedule and execute flight tests.
