Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering focused on infrastructure.
• Proven experience in structural analysis and design using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
• Strong understanding of project management and construction processes.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software and digital collaboration tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of infrastructure projects (bridges, roads, public works).
• Develop engineering plans, specifications, and technical documentation via CAD software.
• Conduct remote feasibility studies and site assessments with local teams.
• Ensure compliance with national and international codes and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers through virtual platforms.
• Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for projects.
• Provide remote technical guidance to construction teams and monitor progress.
