The Role
Key Responsibilities
Service Management
  • Operate and maintain IT infrastructure components (hardware, software, networks).
  • Prepare for and support new or changed services.
  • Manage the change process and ensure compliance with standards.
Performance & Risk
  • Monitor system and service performance in relation to business objectives.
  • Provide service-level reporting, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
External Services
  • Oversee bought-in services such as public networks, VPNs, and outsourced solutions.
Customer Support
  • Advise clients on product usage, troubleshoot issues, and guide on resolutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective problem handling.
