Iobuilders busca un perfil Senior DevOps para liderar la gestión de infraestructuras y pipelines en entornos de producción. Deberá diseñar soluciones escalables con Kubernetes, aplicar prácticas GitOps y mantener alta disponibilidad y seguridad.

Se valorará experiencia en microservicios, monitorización, nube (AWS/GCE/Azure) y un enfoque proactivo de mejora continua para impulsar la innovación dentro de un equipo colaborativo.

Formación

• Experiencia comprobable en DevOps y gestión de sistemas a gran escala.
• Capacidad de diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de alta disponibilidad.
• Conocimiento de plataformas cloud (AWS/GCE/Azure) y CI/CD.
• Enfoque en seguridad y observabilidad (monitoreo/alertas).
• Capacidad de lectura de código y scripting cuando sea necesario.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar entornos de producción con alta disponibilidad.
• Implementar y mantener pipelines CI/CD y prácticas GitOps.
• Diseñar soluciones basadas en microservicios y Kubernetes.
• Monitorear, alertar y optimizar rendimiento de sistemas.
• Colaborar con equipos de seguridad, desarrollo y producto.

What we are looking for:

• Research and learning capabilities. Blockchain space is very new and is evolving very fast. Staying on the trends is key, to help us to make the right decisions.
• Distributed Ledger Technology and Dapp development experience is very welcome! ... But Don't worry if you have no idea. We will teach you what we know, and learn together. Ethereum, Quorum and Hyperledger will be our base platforms.
• You think that understanding the business domain, language and opportunities is key to defining the best solutions.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience Systems management.
• 5+ years experience devops cultures, production environments.
• Experience with GitOps culture, tools like FluxCD/ArgoCD.
• You are comfortable reading code and able to develop scripts when necessary.
• Proven experience on complex architecture design and development, and system integration. High load platform management experience is a plus.
• Microservices on production experience.
• Agile methodologies.
• Relational and Non relational database management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Containers, and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proven experience with monitoring, alerting tools. Cloudwatch, Prometheus, influx, ELK,....
• Devops, and continuous delivery mindset.
• Security mindset
• Linux/Unix Master.
• AWS proven experience. GCE and/or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Terraform experience. Cloudformation, ansible, puppet, chef are very welcome.
• Continuous integration and deployment know how.
