L3 Support Engineer

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

In a typical day as a Senior Software dev / L3 support Engineer, you would :

• Be responsible for troubleshooting all L3 cases open for complex products and platforms, including finding the cause of the issue, solve the issue, testing, and generation of patches
• Work on Container deployment flavor of the product as well which is recently released
• Work closely with L2 support, development and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issues
• Good programming skills in any language [Java, Python, Shell scripting] with objects, Linux, Unix scripting (Bash)
• Knowledge / Willingness on Virtualization and Containerization technologies (Docker & Kubernetes)
• CI / CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible
