Senior IT Project Manager

Are you a dynamic IT Project Manager who loves turning complex challenges into seamless, high-impact delivery?

We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of strategic initiatives across Data Centre transformation, IT Infrastructure, Security and Corporate IT. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own projects end-to-end, from inception and planning through to deployment and operational handover.

As a Senior IT PM, you’ll take full ownership of medium-to-large, multi-workstream projects—ensuring they land on time, on budget, and with impact.

Lead Strategic IT Projects

Manage full project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, including post-implementation support.

Deliver a wide range of initiatives across data centre, security, infrastructure and corporate IT.

Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders.

Establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and governance documents.

Mediate between conflicting priorities and maintain project integrity and momentum.

Execute with Quality & Accountability

Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, tested, supportable and ready for operational adoption.

Mentor junior PMs and contribute to continuous improvement of PM tools, templates and processes.

Qualifications

6+ years’ experience managing complex IT projects with multiple workstreams.

• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• A proven track record in risk, issue, resource and dependency management
• Experience delivering projects on high availability, high-transaction platforms
• Strong technical understanding across networking, storage, virtualisation and cloud
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• ITIL knowledge (highly beneficial) and project management certifications (PMI / Prince2 / ITIL) preferred
• Fluent English and a willingness to travel occasionally as required
