We are looking for an Industrial Network Intelligence Architect who can create innovative solutions, continuously develop their team's performance, and contribute to diverse and enriching projects on a daily basis !

¿What would you be doing in your day a day?

This unique role requires an experienced OT Network Engineer and Administrator who has evolved into a technical polymath-combining Python programming prowess with business acumen to identify customer pain points, validate AI agent responses against real-world industrial scenarios, and continuously expand our solution capabilities. You'll ensure our AI “Digital Skilled CoWorkers” meet the rigorous demands of mission‑critical production environments while translating complex network challenges into actionable product requirements that transform network management from cost center to competitive advantage.

Quality control and validate AI agents (MRP, VLAN, Network, etc) against customer value. Your core responsibilities will be :

• Develop Python-based test frameworks and validation suites for AI agent responses in OT environments.
• Analyze customer (internal and external) pain points through direct engagement to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and document new use cases expanding AI capabilities across industrial protocols.
• Create test environments simulating complex scenarios with 1000+ devices and 5000+ links.
• Translate technical requirements into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain product backlog prioritizing features based on ROI and technical feasibility.
• Ensure AI recommendations align with customer value.
• Serve as OT network domain expert bridging engineering, sales, and customer success.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions by demonstrating measurable downtime reduction and efficiency gains.

What do we need from you ?

Here are the key qualifications and skills required :

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Python / Ansible programming for network automation, testing frameworks, and data analysis.
• Industrial protocol expertise : MRP, PROFINET, EtherNet / IP, IEC 62439 standards.
• VLAN configuration, network segmentation, and OT / IT security isolation.
• Network topology design including ring redundancy and failover architectures.
• Strategic thinking to identify high-impact automation opportunities in industrial settings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project management and development teams, fostering a harmonious and goal‑oriented work environment.
• Experience in client technical support and customer empathy to understand operational challenges and translate to solutions.
• Technical communication skills for documentation, test cases, and executive presentations.
