A leading engineering company in Madrid seeks an Industrial & Continuous Improvement Engineer. This role involves implementing lean manufacturing tools, standardizing processes, and managing KPIs. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge and experience in developing continuous improvement methodology in Services Operations. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Team, Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Project Managers), collaborate to the implementation of the Digital Transformation roadmap and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing the way forward in the execution of the activity, but also collaborate to meet the objectives established by the management for Maintenance Projects.
