Job summary

Perk is seeking an Implementation Specialist based in Barcelona to guide Premium and Pro customers through onboarding from signup to launch. You will configure the platform, coordinate integrations, train stakeholders and drive adoption across their organization.

You will work with the IS Team to align projects across departments, leveraging data and AI tools to continuously improve the onboarding experience and outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in Italian; additional languages (Polish, Spanish, Ukrainian) are a plus.
• Experience as Implementation Specialist, Sales, Customer Care, Account Management or related roles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through launch, owning rollout plans and timelines.
• Understand customer requirements, travel policies, stakeholders, and goals.
• Configure accounts, coordinate integration needs and troubleshoot platform readiness.
• Deliver training for key stakeholders and executives as needed.

• Capture requirements and decisions, using Gong and AI tools to improve follow-up.

As an Implementation Specialist at Perk, you’ll guide Premium and Pro customers across the Italian and other Perk emerging markets from signup to launch. You’ll learn how each customer works, configure the platform to meet their needs and lead a rollout that helps their teams adopt it with confidence.

You’ll own the implementation plan and act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout onboarding. Working closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams, you’ll bring together platform configuration, technical coordination, training and change management to set each customer up for long-term success.

We take ownership of the customer experience from the first conversation through launch. That means listening closely, making practical recommendations, managing projects with care and working across teams to solve problems. We’re curious about technology and use data, feedback and AI tools to keep improving how we work.

What you'll do

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through launch, owning the rollout plan, timelines, risks and next steps. With time, you will become the subject matter expert in the area of change management
• Run consultative conversations to understand customer requirements, travel policies, stakeholders and goals.
• Configure customer accounts, coordinate integration needs, troubleshoot issues and check that the platform is ready to use.
• Use your understanding of each customer’s needs and data-driven best practices to recommend a practical rollout approach that supports adoption across their organisation.
• Deliver tailored training for key stakeholders, including company-wide and executive audiences where needed.
• Monitor early booking activity after launch and proactively address gaps or concerns.
• Keep accurate records of customer requirements and decisions, using tools such as Gong and AI assistants to improve follow-up, ensure zero loss of customer data and reduce administrative work.
• Use feedback, data and coaching to keep improving the customer onboarding experience and your own approach.
• Take on additional projects related to IS Team alignment with other departments. Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of timelines, tasks, risks and issues.

Role requirements

• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Italian. Polish, Spanish or Ukrainian is a plus.
• Relevant professional experience either as an Implementation Specialist, Sales, Customer Care, Account Management, Project Management or other related roles.
• Demonstrated overachievement against targets/goals & expectations in previous roles.

• You must have been in your current Perk role for at least 6 months before applying.
