Blue Earth Capital AG seeks a high-performing Private Credit Investment Analyst in Madrid to support the Asia-focused team across the full investment lifecycle—from screening to execution and portfolio management. The role offers exposure to global credit transactions and a chance to contribute to impact-focused investing.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling skills, and fluency in English; knowledge of Asia markets is a plus.

Formación

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in credit, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Business fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Experience in Asia or emerging markets is a plus.
• Authorization to work in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to all stages of the investment lifecycle for the Asia team, including screening, due diligence and execution.
• Support portfolio monitoring, valuation updates and reporting.
• Assist with deal work and credit analysis across regions as needed.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts and marketing material updates.
• Handle ad hoc tasks to support the platform and cross‑regional collaboration.
