Timestamp is seeking a Senior IFS Projects and Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant to join our ERP delivery team in Spain. You will work with business teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective IFS Cloud-based solutions for project management and HR processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ERP consulting or ERP implementation experience.
• Knowledge of IFS Cloud for PM and HCM and experience implementing these solutions.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess requirements and propose solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven collaboration in global teams.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.
• Willingness to travel as required for project work.
• Portuguese and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with business teams and clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions for project management and human resources.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of IFS Cloud solutions, with a focus on functionality for project management and human resources.

• Analyse business requirements, understand client needs, and translate them into practical and effective system solutions.

• Configure and support IFS Cloud functionality so that it aligns with project objectives and client requirements.

• Collaborate with consulting teams and clients at different stages of project delivery, helping coordinate work and address requirements.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of the solutions assigned to you.

Main Skills:

• More than 2 years of professional experience in ERP consulting or ERP implementation.

• Knowledge of IFS Cloud solutions for project management and human resources (HCM), including experience implementing these solutions.

• Master’s degree.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess requirements and identify appropriate solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients in global teams.

• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.

• Willingness to travel as required for project work.

• Portuguese and Spanish language skills are an advantage.
