ING busca un Experto en Identity and Access Management para unirse al Centro de Excelencia IAM dentro de la oficina de CISO. El rol implica definir, gestionar y monitorizar roles y privilegios de acceso, asegurando que los usuarios tengan el acceso correcto en el momento adecuado.

Se requieren al menos 3 años de experiencia en IAM y conocimientos de gestión del ciclo de vida de usuarios, autenticación y cumplimiento.

Formación

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Identity and Access Management, ciberseguridad, controles de acceso, cumplimiento operativo o gestión de riesgos tecnológicos.
• Conocimiento de conceptos IAM: gestión del ciclo de vida de usuarios, solicitudes de acceso, revisiones de acceso, acceso privilegiado, autenticación y separación de funciones.
• Capacidad para trabajar con procedimientos, evidencias y documentación operativa, y para dar seguimiento a las acciones con rigor y detalle.
• Disfrutar del trabajo en equipo: comunicarse claramente y colaborar con las partes interesadas de diferentes equipos.
• Enfoque analítico y organizativo: entender problemas, identificar causas raíz y definir acciones de remediación prácticas.
• Disposición para aprender, apertura al cambio y deseo de ampliar la experiencia en IAM, ciberseguridad y entornos de control.
• Capacidad de toma de decisiones, juicio y adaptabilidad ante situaciones no rutinarias o que requieren alineación entre equipos.

Responsabilidades

• Revisión, análisis y remediación de problemas de identidad y acceso para asegurar que las actividades IAM sigan procedimientos internos, políticas y requisitos regulatorios.
• Implementación y mantenimiento de políticas y directrices IAM, trabajando con equipos internos para asegurar comprensión y aplicación.
• Contribución a la ejecución de controles IAM y a actividades de seguimiento, incluida recopilación de evidencias, apoyo a revisiones de acceso y coordinación con las partes interesadas.
• Asesorar y apoyar a usuarios y partes interesadas en temas IAM, traduciendo preguntas operativas en guías claras y escalando casos complejos cuando sea necesario.
• Colaborar con equipos de tecnología, riesgo y negocio para promover iniciativas IAM y fortalecer el entorno de control de acceso.

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Identity and Access Management Expert to join our IAM Center of Excellence within the CISO office.

The responsibility of this team isto safeguard ING’s digital identities by defining, managing and monitoring roles, access privileges and identity lifecycle processes, ensuring that users have the right access at the right time and under the right conditions; and our way of working is collaborative, risk-based and improvement-oriented: we partner with stakeholders across the organization, provide expert guidance, challenge complexity, and continuously look for better ways to strengthen IAM controls, compliance and user understanding.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Identity and Access Management Expert, you will:

Support the review, analysis and remediation of digital identity and access management issues, helping ensure that IAM activities are executed in line with internal procedures, policies and regulatory expectations.

Participate in the implementation and maintenance of IAM local policies, procedures and guidelines, working together with internal teams to ensure that requirements are understood and consistently applied.

Contribute to IAM control execution and follow-up activities, including evidence collection, access review support, issue tracking and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Provide advice and support to users and internal stakeholders on IAM-related topics, helping translate operational questions into clear guidance and escalating complex cases when needed.

Collaborate with different technology, risk and business teams to support IAM initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a stronger access control environment.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role related to Identity and Access Management, cyber security, access controls, operational compliance or technology risk management.
• You have a good understanding of IAM concepts such as user lifecycle management, access requests, access reviews, privileged access, authentication and segregation of duties.
• You are comfortable working with procedures, evidence, controls and operational documentation, and you are able to follow up on actions with rigor and attention to detail.
• You enjoy working with people: you communicate clearly, ask the right questions and collaborate naturally with stakeholders from different teams.
• You are analytical and organized, able to understand issues, identify root causes and help define practical remediation actions.
• You are willing to learn, open to change and motivated to grow your expertise in IAM, cyber security and control environments.
• You show ownership, good judgement and adaptability, especially when dealing with non-routine situations or topics requiring alignment across teams.
