International College Spain is seeking enthusiastic monitors to join our Cover Teacher Pool for occasional substitute roles and school trips. You will support students and teachers, ensuring safety and inclusive engagement on educational outings throughout the academic year.

Ideal candidates have prior education-related experience and hold a valid clearance. Fluency in English is essential, and willingness to travel with students is required for trip activities.

• Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience as a Leisure Activity Monitor, Sports Coach, Educator, or similar role is preferred.
• Valid Certificate of Sexual Offenses Clearance (mandatory).
• Availability to work during school trips, which may include overnight stays and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Role Overview

As a School Trip Monitor, you will support teachers in overseeing students during educational and recreational trips. You will help ensure the safety, engagement, and enjoyment of all participants while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
