Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Iberia EP/NV Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Spain. You will be the key supply chain partner for Spain and Portugal, ensuring outstanding service across the EP/NV portfolio while driving operational excellence and business continuity.

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end Supply Chain experience.
• Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Supply Chain interface for Spain and Portugal across EP/NV.
• Drive service performance and key metrics (OTIF, customer service levels, penalties).
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, and Central Planning to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead backorder and allocation management with SKU prioritization and recovery planning.
• Support tender submissions and assess supply feasibility and inventory impacts.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory controls.
• Track and improve key supply chain KPIs through analysis and corrective actions.
• Communicate supply risks and opportunities to stakeholders with timely escalation.
• Evaluate business and financial impacts (P&L, cash flow, charge-outs) for informed decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Iberia EP/NV Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Spain. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the key Supply Chain partner for Spain and Portugal, ensuring outstanding service performance across the EP/NV portfolio while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business continuity.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end Supply Chain experience.
• Experience within the Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain performance metrics and operational planning.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess business impact and support commercial decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

€34,700.00 - €55,430.00
